Self retentive mechanism for Backplane connector
	Main latch completed. Plessing force temporariky exterted onto backpanel. The main latchs locked and the printed board housing is coupled directly to the inner housing. The ferrule complession force is blocked by the main latch. Thus no pressing force is exerted on the backpanel.
